How do I receive invoices for the product and shipping payments?
Invoices for product and shipping costs are automatically generated by Stripe after each order. You can download all invoices from the billing page inside the Suplify app.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time — either monthly or yearly, depending on the billing cycle you selected.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There are no hidden fees — you only pay the monthly subscription and the product and shipping costs per order. Everything is transparently displayed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial. You can test the platform and create and sell your custom-labeled products without being charged the subscription fee. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the service.
What payment methods are available?
Subscription payments are handled via Shopify. For product and shipping payments, we currently accept credit cards only. If you'd like to use another payment method in the future, feel free to contact us — we’re always open to feedback.
How are product payments handled?
Product payments are processed automatically through Stripe. Whenever a customer places an order in your store, the product and shipping costs are charged to your saved payment method.
