What is Suplify?
Suplify is an app that allows you to customize and sell your own branded supplements without holding inventory. We handle the manufacturing, packaging, and shipping so you can focus on growing your brand.
Where does the fulfillment take place?
All orders are fulfilled in Germany by our trusted manufacturing partner. This ensures fast delivery across Europe, strict quality control, and compliance with EU regulations.
How long does the fulfillment take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. This allows for reliable delivery timelines.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
Where are your products manufactured?
All products are manufactured in Germany by a certified production partner.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial. You can test the platform and create and sell your custom-labeled products without being charged the subscription fee. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the service.
Is dropshipping supplements profitable?
Yes, dropshipping supplements can be highly profitable, especially since you can set your own pricing and the on-demand business model has very low startup and operating costs.
What happens when a customer places an order?
When an order is placed on your Shopify store, the order is automatically sent to Suplify for fulfillment. We handle the production, packaging, and shipping directly to your customer.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
How are product payments handled?
Product and payments are processed automatically through Stripe. Whenever a customer places an order in your store, the product and shipping costs are charged to your saved payment method.
