Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial. You can test the platform and create and sell your custom-labeled products without being charged the subscription fee. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the service.

Yes, you can cancel at any time — either monthly or yearly, depending on the billing cycle you selected. You can cancel your subscription by simply uninstalling the app.

Subscription payments are handled via Shopify. For product and shipping payments, we currently accept credit cards only. If you'd like to use another payment method in the future, feel free to contact us — we're always open to feedback.

No. There are no hidden fees — you only pay the monthly subscription and the product and shipping costs per order. Everything is transparently displayed.
